Shys gym is a small room with fitness/weights equipment designed for the 1 on 1 approach . with a qualified coach /instructor on hand. web: sgspires@supanet.com i am a personal fitness trainer / gym instructor , level 2 athletics coach , football coach , sports psycologist and many more smaller sports qualifications.the gym as been set up so that there is only the 1 person working out at any 1 time with the trainer , hence the name. The gym is situated about 5 miles south of wrexham in a small village and is booked by appointment only.
