Why don't we have listings for all sports?

We appreciate that it can be frustrating to go to a site and find gaps. However, there are some very good reasons why our Sports Groups section is not complete and probably won't be for a while yet.

When we were setting up the Out For Sport site we looked at what kind of information was already out there. Sadly, what we found was that, even though it looks like there are lots and lots of London lesbian and gay sport listings, in fact, so many of them are out of date or refer to clubs that no longer exist or have changed their names or have a contact who left the club years ago! So, we made a decision that we were only going to include clubs that wanted to be on our site and that we'd keep in contact with them to make sure that the information stayed relevant.
This means that it takes us longer than other sites to get information up but at least when you see something here you can expect it to be up to date and reliable.

Obviously we're always keen to expand our coverage so, please email us if there are any sports or clubs you think we should know about.
