still up to date. Links to a Birmingham swimming group and an East Midlands group. (West Midlands) website: www.moseleyshoals.org.uk West Midlands: There is a gay swimming group which meets twice weekly for social swimming in Birmingham. (Sunday lunchtime & Monday evening). They have exclusive use of the pool on Mondays. Visit http://www.moseleyshoals.org.uk/ for details. East Midlands: Attempts are being made by GEM (Gay East Midlands) to establish regular swimming sessions across the East Midlands. Frequent but irregular sessions have been held since August 2003 to establish the best pools, days and times. Other sporting activities include orienteering and badminton. A number of local gay groups have expressed an interest in assisting the venture. Anyone in Derbys, Leics, Lincs and Notts should contact gemdiary@yahoo.co.uk for the latest timetable. A web site is under construction and the diary page will go live shortly.
